Christian Evangelistic Assemblies (CEA) is a duly registered Society under the Indian Society Act. It exists to serve the nation by serving the people of India without regard to caste, creed, gender or any other factor.

Who we are?

HRISTIAN EVANGELISTIC ASSEMBLIES is a fellowship of the believers of the Lord Jesus Christ. Lord Jesus commanded His disciples to love our neighbors as ourselves. He commanded to love even our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. (See Gospel of Matthew 5: 44). Therefore, CEA’s focus is on obeying the Lord Jesus Christ and loving and serving all.
As a Society, CEA facilitates the gathering together of the believers of the Lord Jesus Christ to worship Him in various places. These gatherings are known as churches. At present there are several hundred such gatherings in fifteen states of India that are associated with CEA.
CEA is also serving the poor and needy through primary schools, children homes, skills training, such as sewing, for women. CEA also has programs through which desperately poor street children are provided food and clothing. We have also done relief work when natural calamities hit our nationin the past.

Christian Evangelistic Assemblies is registered under the Certificate of Registration Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. Reg. No.S/25383 of 1994 in Delhi.
Statement of Faith:
We believe:
- That the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20, 21).
- In one God eternally existing as three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28: 19-20; John 1:1; Hebrews 9:14; Psalm 139:7).
- In Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His deity, His sinless life, miracles, His vicarious and atoning sacrificial death His bodily resurrection, His ascension and intercession, and His second coming in glory (Matthew 1:18; John 1:1; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 7:25; Acts 1:11).
- That Jesus Christ is the only way to God (John 14:6; Acts 4:12).
- That the Holy Spirit is the third person in the Godhead and He is our counselor and helper. Holy Spirit is given to the Church for the fulfillment of the Great Commission and for the victorious Christian life of every believer. Therefore the gifts of the Holy Spirit such as tongues, prophecy, healings, and miracles will continue until the end of the ages when the Lord comes back in glory and gathers His Church to Himself (Matthew 28: 19-20; John 14:26; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 13: 8-12).
- That the baptism of the Holy Spirit or being filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:5 and 2:4) is not an exclusive apostolic experience; it is available for every believer who earnestly desires it (Acts 2:39; 1 Corinthians 14:1; Ephesians 5:18).
- In living a holy life in obedience to the commandments of God (1 Peter 1:16), under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our faith must be evidenced by deeds (James 2: 14f) as a tree is known by its fruits (Matthew 7:16).
- In believers’ baptism and the Lord’s Supper as ordained by the Lord to be administered in the Church according to His Word (Mark 16:16; 1 Corinthians 11: 23-26).
- In the resurrection of the saved and the unsaved, the one for everlasting life and the other for everlasting damnation (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:5-6, 12-15).
- In the fall and depravity of human beings, the only hope for redemption for humanity is by the grace of God through faith in the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ ( Romans 3:10, 23; 6:23; 10:9,13).
- That the Church of Jesus Christ is His body and that all believers redeemed by His blood are members of this ONE body. We must love one another as Christ has commanded us and do all we can to bring about unity of God’s people that the Lord prayed for (Romans 12:5; Ephesians 4:5; John 13:34-35; 17:22-23).
Our History:

hristian Evangelistic Assemblies was registered under the Indian Society Act in 1994 when several believers of the Lord Jesus Christ joined together to disseminate the teachings of the Holy Bible, to facilitate the worship of the Lord Jesus Christ, to serve the needy by providingformal and non-formal education,care for orphans and other needy children, to manage places of worship and to fellowship with like-minded believers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Slowly the society grew in number and in its services. Now, the society has several hundreds of the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ and churches associated with it. There are several projects to propagate the teachings of the Bible, to train people for social and community services, to care for and teach needy children and to provide skills training for women.
